Request Account & Data Deletion
If you want your account and any associated data removed from SyncMusic, you can request deletion using one of the options below. To help us process the request quickly, please include the email address associated with your account and any user id or username if available.
Email (recommended)
Send an email to the Service Provider at krishgupta.8.kg@gmail.com. We will reply and confirm when removal is complete.
Manual verification
To protect user privacy and prevent abuse, the Service Provider may ask for a brief verification (for example, confirming the email address associated with the account). The Service Provider will not ask for passwords.
Timing
Requests will be processed within a reasonable time. If you have concerns about the status of your request, contact the Service Provider using the same email address above.
